Day 7
The Meander heads outside today where what starts as a discussion about my 2023 plans pivots into a conversation about goal setting.

The Meander returns after a long weekend and I take a few minutes to update my writing status complete with a detour into a classic rock writing project I did last summer. Track and field training in the background provides some interesting sound effects.

Day 5
I head back indoors and wax nostalgic about growing up as a child of Lego and how a build I just finished helped me find some inner calm. The recording cuts off abruptly due to a notification that hit my phone, but all you missed was a very long winded goodbye for the day,
